HOW MUCH DOES CLEANING COST?

This completely depends on you, you can have your space cleaned on an hourly rate. For larger properties we can provide you with a bespoke quote to suit your requirements.

DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING EQUIPMENT?

Our cleaners don’t usually bring equipment for the regular cleaning service especially in the City Centre. However, if you request this when you book your cleaning service it can be arranged. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING?

The last thing we want is for you to be unhappy with our service. If this event does occur then you must let us know. It is important you tell us your concerns as soon as possible so they can be rectified.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO LET THE CLEANER IN?

Our cleaners can posses a set of keys for your property if you wish them to. This is good if you are not able to be present during the cleaning service. This is especially useful if you require a weekly cleaning service.

If you are present for the cleaning service then our cleaners will try to be as discreet as possible and not get in your way.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A DRINK?

All of our cleaners will provide their own refreshements during your clean. If you wish to offer a beverage then this is up to you.

Our cleaners may take a short break during a long clean however this will not effect the quality of our service.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the more notice you give then better. If our customers don’t give 24 hours notice then it’s not refundable. If it’s a one off clean (any service) and they give more than 24 hours notice it’s 30% deduction.

HOW DO I PAY?

When it comes to payment we have a few options for you to choose from:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Standing Order
  • Cash

HOW FREQUENTLY CAN I HAVE A CLEANER?

You can schedule your cleaning service as often as you like. We provide a range of services such as a Regular Deomestic Clean which can be requested for a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. If you wish for something more bespoke, then please mention this when requesting a quote.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Before making a booking we will need to know some information regarding your property, this usually consists of the size of the property and how many rooms it has. We will also need basic contact information such as name, email and a contact number.

Our quote form requests a lot of the information you will need to provide. However, if there is additional information you would like to provide, there is a section for that also.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN?

No matter how careful our cleaners are, breakages are always a possibility. To avoid this situation please do not leave breakable items in a position where they could be damaged by mistake, especially if the items in question are worth a lot of money or mean a lot to you.

CAN I BOOK A CLEAN AT SHORT NOTICE?

When it comes to booking at short notice, it may be possible however you may not get a date and time that suits you. To gaurentee your prefered date and time you will need to book in advance.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS?

It is only advised that you provide instructions if your needs have altered since your first clean. Before you first clean we will have gathered most of the information we need from yourself prior. However if you would like to give us additional information you can do this via email or by leaving the cleaner a note in a visible location of your propety.
